Eligibility and Age Requirements
1.1 Age Requirement
To use n999bd's services, you must be 21 years of age or older. We may request valid identification for age verification at any time. We reserve the right to withhold any winnings deposited prior to the completion of age verification.
If an account belonging to a minor is identified, it will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.
1.2 Geographic Applicability
This platform is operated for users in Bangladesh. Users are responsible for ensuring that using online gaming services from their location is permitted under their local laws. Any access from a restricted area is entirely the user's own responsibility.
1.3 Single Account Policy
Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be terminated and any bonuses or winnings held in them may be forfeited.

Account Registration
2.1 Registration Process
To open an account with n999bd, you must provide accurate and complete information. If any false or misleading information is found in the details provided during registration, we reserve the right to terminate the account immediately.
2.2 Password and Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Sharing login details with a third party constitutes a breach of account security and we will not be held responsible for this. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
For account verification, we may request a National Identity Card (NID), passport or other valid government-issued identification. Full KYC verification may be required before withdrawal requests are processed. All submitted documents are stored securely and used solely for verification purposes.

Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for all methods). Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Deposited funds cannot be accepted from third parties — only transact from a payment account registered in your own name.

3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to complete. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

In compliance with anti-money laundering regulations, we are required to report suspicious transactions to the relevant regulatory authority. All financial transactions are secured by SSL encryption.
3.3 Transaction Cancellation and Errors
If an incorrect amount is deposited or withdrawn due to a technical error, we reserve the right to correct or cancel the relevant transaction. If an excess credit occurs due to an error, the relevant amount will be deducted from the balance.

Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
n999bd offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,500; deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳37,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses must meet a 25x wagering requirement before withdrawal. This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount to become eligible for withdrawal. Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, a total of ৳37,500 must be wagered.
- The period to fulfill wagering requirements is 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.
- Bets on all games may not be included in wagering calculations.
- Any uncompleted bonus will be cancelled if the requirements are not met.
4.3 VIP and Cashback Program
n999bd operates three VIP tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
VIP tier upgrades are based on your consistent account activity and engagement on the platform. The wagering requirements for cashback are similar to the conditions stated in the bonus section.
Bonus abuse or bonus hunting (attempting to exploit bonuses through multiple accounts or coordinated betting) is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
Section 05
Gaming Rules
5.1 Fair Play Guarantee
All games on the n999bd platform are operated by certified software providers. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is impartial and transparent. We are committed to a "fair play" policy.
5.2 Technical Issues
If a game is cancelled midway due to a server error, network issue or any fault in the game software, the relevant bet will be refunded. Any bet continued during a technical issue may not have a valid outcome.
5.3 Cricket and Sports Betting
Specific rules apply to betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC), football and other sports. If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the betting rules. All sports bets are settled based on official results.

Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:
6.1 Fraudulent Activities
- Using a false identity or information.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Using third-party payment methods.
- Using stolen credit card or payment details.
- Attempting to manipulate the platform's software.
6.2 Bonus Abuse
- Bonus hunting or arbitrage betting.
- Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities.
- Earning bonuses through affiliate fraud.
- Colluding with another member's account to place bets.
- Playing games using bots or automated software.

- Violation of any clause of these Terms.

- Evidence of money laundering or other illegal activity.
- At the direction of a regulatory authority or due to a legal obligation.
- Extended inactivity on the account (more than 12 months).
